ABOUT

Get ready to be blown away by the funkiest 6-piece band in the South East! With world-class musicians and an expansive repertoire covering pop, soul and funk, Party Up have got it all.

Party Up have been filling dancefloors at hundreds of weddings and events over the last four years with their incredible musicianship and infectious melodies.

The band includes keyboards and sax which means they can cover a huge amount of material that just isn't possible for most guitar based wedding bands. From Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder to current chart hits by Mark Ronson and huge rock and indie anthems, Party Up can play it all!

Party Up's musicians have an impressive list of credits in the music industry including number 1 singles and appearances on Top of the Pops, Parkinson, Later With Jools Holland and TFI Friday. Members have also played alongside stars including Tom Jones, Sir Elton John, Boy George and Richard Ashcroft at venues such as The Shepherd's Bush Empire and The 100 Club. The band have also recently played for Cadburys, Ernst & Young, MTR Crossrail, Sky, Tesco, Lego, BT, Tag Worldwide, Standard Life and The London Eye.

“Party Up are the best live band I've ever danced all night to! They perform with huge joy and really know how to keep the crowd moving. I'll never book anyone else!”

Emma Thompson (Actress), Private Event, London

Party Up usually appear as a 6-piece band including male vocals, keyboard, guitar, bass, drums and sax, but they can also add trumpet and additional sax to create a show stopping 3-piece horn section. For extra harmonies, they can provide additional backing vocalists and for even bigger, funkier grooves they can add percussion!

The band can also provide a manned DJ service (run via laptop virtual DJ software) to keep the music going all night long. Their playlist is made up of songs similar to the bands repertoire: funk, soul, rock and pop classics. For extra entertainment before the main band, Party Up can also provide an acoustic duo.
